Trisha Hart and Renee Gaud, former Borgata Hotel Casino & Spa employees, are suing the casino for sexual harassment. The women, who used to work as cocktail servers at the casino, filed a lawsuit stating that the casino was tainted by relentless sexual stereotyping, sex discrimination, and a sexually hostile environment.
Hired by the casino in 2003, the women were told to sign a consent form, which cited, among other degrading terms, that they would always keep clean smiles, an hourglass figure and their weight under control. Hart and Gaud claim they suffered endless humiliation and anguish due to those terms. In addition, they claimed that their male supervisors encouraged them and the rest of the "Borgata Babes" staff to get breast implants.
